Penvio: Art Learning & Drawing

Penvio provides pencil drawing lessons and references for practice on paper. This policy explains how your practice information and support requests are handled.

Your practice information

Lesson progress, favorites, unfinished sessions, self-check answers, notes and saved attempts are stored on your device. Penvio also keeps local working copies of images you import as personal references and photos you add to saved attempts. Your drawing and reference images are not uploaded with support requests or published to other users.

Camera and image selection

The optional Camera Guide uses your rear camera to show your paper beneath a guide on the screen. The guide does not track the paper or project onto it. The photo action can capture your paper without the guide. Camera access is requested when you choose a camera action; Desk Mode remains available without it.

Photos and Files selection uses the system picker. Penvio receives the image you choose and keeps a working copy for your practice. Importing or removing that copy does not change the original in Photos or Files.

Deleting local information

You can edit or delete saved attempts in Sketchbook. Deleting an attempt removes that record and its associated result photo from the app, but does not clear a lesson's practiced status. Removing a personal reference from the collection does not erase saved attempts that use it; information needed for that history may remain locally. Device settings and your operating system govern removal of app data and any device backups.

Support requests

The Support Form works without an account or sign-in. It sends your selected topic, message and any optional name or contact details you enter. The request also includes the support page address, referring page address when supplied by your browser, browser information, submission time and request status. These details are stored online for later review and to understand and handle the request.

Do not include passwords, financial details, sensitive personal information or drawing images in a support message. The form does not accept attachments. Contact details are optional, and submitting a request does not guarantee a reply.

Hosted services

Opening the hosted Privacy Policy or Support Form involves network requests. Hosting services receive the connection information needed to deliver the pages, such as an IP address and browser request details. Practice records and personal reference images are separate from these hosted pages and support submissions.

Privacy requests

To ask about information submitted through the form, choose Privacy in the Support Form. Include enough detail to identify your earlier request, without adding unnecessary personal information. If you want a response, you may provide a contact method.

Children's privacy

Penvio is intended only for adults aged 18 or older. Anyone under 18 must not use the app or submit information through the Support Form. If you believe a person under 18 has submitted information, use the Privacy topic in the Support Form.

Changes to this policy

Updates will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
